Rhonda Kadish, Arts and Cultural Campus Coordinator

Rhonda has over 12 years of experience in community relationship building in the City of Hudson as both a volunteer and a municipal employee. She served as the Community Relations Manager and the Grants Coordinator for the City. She oversaw special events and served as the City’s downtown and small business liaison. She worked closely with Destination Hudson, the Hudson Area Chamber of Commerce, the Merchants of Hudson, and First & Main to promote Shop Local Shop Hudson through marketing and events intended to bring people to Hudson.

She is one of the founding members of the Friends of Hudson Parks. In that role, she helped to develop programming and activities, including Pack the Pond, the Park Ambassador Program, and the children’s educational series. She engaged with corporations and organizations to raise funds to support activities. During her time with the Friends of Hudson Parks, she was elected Vice-President and then went on to become President.

Her volunteer work in the Hudson Parks led to her appointment on the Hudson Park Board by City Council. After serving for two years, she was elected Chairperson.

Rhonda is a member of the 2013 - 2014 Leadership Hudson class.
