Katie Cretella, MBA, MSEd, LPCC, Assistant Director of Community Partnerships
Katie Cretella, MBA, MSEd, LPCC, is the Assistant Director of Community Partnerships for the Clear Pathways Initiative at Peg's Foundation. She has over a decade of experience advancing behavioral health systems across community, clinical, and justice settings. With a background spanning emergency departments, community crisis response, correctional facilities, schools, and coalitions, she brings a deep understanding of how systems intersect and impact individuals in crisis.
Katie has held leadership roles overseeing behavioral health care across a county-wide continuum, including crisis services, care coordination, and cross-sector initiatives. Her work is rooted in meaningful stakeholder engagement and collaboration, with a focus on building partnerships that support systems change and improve access to care.
A skilled program developer, Katie has led large-scale educational initiatives, coordinated suicide prevention efforts, and supported training and fidelity review processes. She is passionate about building trauma-informed, equitable systems that prioritize dignity, access, and community collaboration.
Katie holds an MBA in Healthcare Management and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and School Counseling from Youngstown State University.
