Jon Pavloff, Board Chair

Jon Pavloff is Chair of the Board of Trustees at Peg’s Foundation and a management consultant specializing in business strategy and financial planning. He joined the Foundation in 2010 and became Board Chair in 2021. Jon is retired from the University of Akron Board of Trustees and brings extensive experience in logistics, having worked with companies in the Greater Akron area, including Roadway Express. Known for his strong leadership and active presence, he regularly participates in Foundation and community events, helping to advance the mission and engage stakeholders.
