Jocelyn Dougherty, Grants Operations Manager

Jocelyn Dougherty is the grants operations manager and has been at the Foundation since 2011. She manages the overall grant efforts to make the grant process work effectively and efficiently and handles the financial matters of the foundation such as client billing, accounts payable, and banking. She served as board member and treasurer for Open Arms Adoptions and the secretary for Longcoy School Association. She is currently an active volunteer with Portage Park District and Kent Seariders.
