Aly Feye, MPA, Manager of Operations


Aly Feye, MPA, is the Manager of Operations for the Clear Pathways initiative at Peg's Foundation, the largest mental health funder in Ohio. In this role, she provides project and operations management for the Clear Pathways programs. 

Prior to joining Peg’s Foundation, Aly spent six years at Policy Research Associates, Inc. (PRA), most recently as a Project Associate with SAMHSA’s GAINS Center for Behavioral Health and Justice Transformation. In this position, Aly provided project management and support on various projects related to the intersection of behavioral health and criminal justice. Her most recent role involved leading coordination of a national policy academy on 988-911 coordination.  

Aly’s earlier work at PRA (with the National Center for Youth Opportunity and Justice), focused on improving outcomes for youth with behavioral health needs who may be involved in or at risk of becoming involved in the juvenile justice system through policy and practice reform. Her work included leading the development of a national network of juvenile justice workforce trainers, coordination and facilitation of technical assistance and training, product development, and writing for a broad range of audiences.  

Aly received her Master’s in Public Administration from Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy at the University at Albany and her Bachelor of Arts in political science from Siena College.
