Rob Jackson, Senior Consultant for Public Safety & 9-1-1
Rob Jackson, MPA, spent 39 years in public safety service including 20 years in the volunteer firefighter & EMS service; 25 years with the Ohio State Highway Patrol, retiring as a captain in charge of technology and communication services; and eight years as a Deputy Director in the Ohio Department of Administrative Services, serving as the state 9-1-1 administrator for the State of Ohio.
He holds a Bachelor of Specialized Studies from Ohio University, a Master of Public Administration from Marist College, and is currently in the finishing stages of a PhD in Public Administration at Liberty University.
Rob also graduated from the Northwestern University, Center for Public Safety, School of Police Staff and Command and attended the United States Army War College Strategic Leadership Seminar.
