Helen Phillips

Helen Phillips brings over seven years of administrative and operational experience supporting executives, directors, and cross-functional teams across healthcare, education, and business operations. Throughout her career, she has successfully led and contributed to projects designed to improve efficiency, enhance outcomes, and strengthen organizational workflows.

Prior to joining Clear Pathways, Helen worked at Capsule Pharmacy, where she contributed to the development of a medication finder program for Patient Experience Agents to better support patients when refilling prescriptions. In education, she designed and implemented programs and initiatives that improved student test scores and overall academic performance, working closely with administrators and teachers to achieve measurable success. Within healthcare, she partnered with leadership to improve onboarding processes by creating templates and resources for new hires, ensuring teams were equipped with the necessary tools to succeed.

Helen’s career has also included extensive collaboration with vendors, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to streamline processes, optimize communication, and support strategic priorities. Her background reflects a commitment to building systems that foster efficiency and long-term growth.

Helen earned her MBA from Barry University and a B.S. in Healthcare Management from Florida A&M University.
